At Odunz Home Decor, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • It must include all original tags, accessories, and receipt/proof of purchase

Items returned in poor condition or without original packaging may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect washing


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@odunzhomedecor.click  with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will respond with return instructions and shipping address

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and may ship the item back to you


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
